Price it right!

This is one of the most important aspects of selling a home.  Overpricing a home with the intention of lowering the price later or expecting bids under the asking price has consequences.  Most of the homes exposure is generally in the first 2 weeks of being listed.  The MLS system has a viewable record of how long a property has been the market.  It's generally assumed the home has not sold because it's not a great value when it's been on the market for a while.
